THNK is a Creative Leadership Program you join because you want to create a positive impact on society, your organization and yourself.

All THNK participants have one thing in common: they are already inspirational leaders in their own right, with open minds and a lot of real-world experience. Beyond this, each member of our handpicked community is as different from the other as can be. The THNK experience centers on the bringing together of diverse and unique perspectives, as our participants learn as much from each other as they do from our staff and guest experts.

Program parts

THNK provides an 18-month, part-time, post-graduate program far from the traditional classroom setting for a carefully selected group of international top talent. Comprised of four interconnected elements – the Forum, Challenge, Quest, and Accelerator – your THNK journey will begin with several intensive weeks spent on campus in Amsterdam (during the first 6 months) and continue with a world-altering individual challenge completed on the job (the Accelerator).

Upcoming Dates

2013 Program 2 (Class #4)

The first part of the curriculum lasts 6 months and includes four modules. Dates are:

  • Aug 31 – Sept 6: Module 1
  • Oct 25 – Nov 1: Module 2
  • Jan 15 – 24: Module 3
  • March 10 – 16: Module 4

The final Accelerator Phase lasts a full 12 months after Module 4.

Tuition & Costs

Tuition

The general tuition fee for our Creative Leadership Program is €39,500 (excluding VAT). A limited number of partial scholarships are available, contact us for more information. You can download THNK’s Terms & Conditions here.

If you are coming to Amsterdam from abroad, you will need arrange flights and hotel (or a short stay apartment).

Welcome to the

THNK HOME

You will be based at our THNK Home at Amsterdam landmark the Westergasfabriek. Once a 19th-century gas factory, this area has been transformed into one of the city’s most innovative cultural centers.  The mix of industrial architecture and both natural and cultivated greenery makes the surrounding Westerpark the city’s most unique green space. Beyond that, the city of Amsterdam and her beautiful canals await your exploration.
