Innovation leaders of the future

THNK School of Creative Leadership offers an international post-graduate program focused on leadership skills, creativity, innovation and design. It is a part-time program for a selected group of international business leaders, social entrepreneurs, innovation & creative leaders. The Creative Leadership Program develops the next generation leaders that will have a societal impact on the world. The program is not just about generating ideas. It is about making innovation happen. Do you want to drive innovation, boost your leadership skills, and create an impact? Our program will help you accelerate your innovative project, teams or organization!

Four modules of experiential learning

THNK participants engage in real life projects with corporate partners, and NGO’s to find creative solutions on large societal topics, i.e. the future of urban mobility, and the future of healthy living. Each participant also embarks on an individualized creative leadership development program with continuous professional coaching, tailored for each participants' needs. The program alternates between 4 intensive weeks spent on campus in Amsterdam, during which participants learn to work with our THNK tools, followed by a major individual challenge completed on the job.
