Ana Paula Pais

I am Ana Paula, I am from Coimbra but now I work in Lisbon at Turismo de Portugal. I am responsible for the training department and for the coordination of our school network, which has 12 hotel and tourism schools. We are a team of more than 300 people who work daily to help our students become the best professionals in the world. Our dream is that our schools be recognized as the best European hotel and tourism school network.

I really love my work and feel privileged with the opportunity to contribute to the personal and professional development of so many young people who will transform the tourism sector in Portugal.

I am passionate about people and I love to discover every day new ways of creating new projects and new challenges that allow my team to grow as persons and professionals. As a leader, what I really love is to feel the happiness of my team and be sure that everyone feels completely free to change, to bring new ideas to the group, to new solutions, and to talk to me about anything and especially to talk and interact with each other to achieve our mission.

When I am not working, I love to walk, cycle in nature, and I love birdwatching.
