Andi Cuddington
Organizational Design Consultant & Facilitator
I am based in: Toronto

I am an organizational design consultant by day, kitchen dance party enthusiast by night, and traveler by heart.

In the office, I draw on my background in neuroscience, systems-thinking and community engagement to design processes and experiences that promote exploration, open dialogue and, most importantly, change. I get out of bed with a spring in my step when helping organizations create cultures of learning, develop adaptive leaders and build resilient teams. As a facilitator, I am passionate about creating space for conversations that count. I thrive on tackling the sticky stuff. If an issue keeps you up at night, I want to hear about it. You’ll always find me armed with sharpies and post-it notes, ready to move the puzzle pieces around to solve a challenge.

I’ve struggled to define my passion so instead, I ascribe the motto "follow your curiosity" (which means I’m prone a wonky career path but it hasn’t led me astray yet!). I’m an organizational provocateur in the process of re-inventing myself after ten years working in the non-profit and public sectors. I recently wrapped up an 18-month exploratory "working sabbatical" / global year-of-learning. Please reach out and ask me what I learned – I can’t stop talking about it!

My areas of expertise include: organizational change, facilitation, community engagement, team-building, strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, but I’m always looking for a new opportunities to think, create and grow. So let's roll up our sleeves and put our design goggles on!
