André Herzog
Process Facilitator & Host of Conversations
My pronouns are: he/him/his
My experience and deep interests:
I am based in: Rio de Janeiro
THNK connection: Faculty

My story begins in Brazil, where I was born and raised. I was following the beaten path, working in my field of study (Economics), when I decided to make a career change in 2014. I then quit my job and moved to the Netherlands in order to join the year-long program at Knowmads Business School Amsterdam, a facilitated program based on broad questions which inspired me to become a process facilitator and host of conversations myself.

After finishing the program, I moved to Vietnam, to run Knowmads Hanoi, a branch of the school where I offered several programs based on personal development and entrepreneurial attitude for young adults. I lived and worked there for almost 2 years, after which I moved to Colombia, to work at Liceo Boston, a school located in Bogota. Since coming back to Brazil, in 2018, I've been working as an independent contractor in partnership with different people and organizations.

My work is based on the assumption that collectives can solve complex problems and are capable of enhancing the development of people, teams, organizations and communities. That's why I dedicate myself to (co)create spaces where dialogue, learning and collaboration can thrive.

When I'm not working, I enjoy meeting friends, traveling, playing boardgames and watching movies.
