Prior to founding Code Name Collective in 2015, Andy Switky spent more than 16 years at the design firm IDEO. While at IDEO Andy ran IDEO Manufacturing for more than ten years, founded IDEO Shanghai, and held a variety of other leadership positions. He has practiced, taught, and coached Design Thinking in a wide variety of industries and is a frequent speaker and writer about the intersection of Design Thinking, healthcare, and the social determinants of health.
Andy is also a lecturer on materials and manufacturing at Stanford University and is an innovation partner at SRI International.
