I formed Blueprint UX in 2015 after leaving my position as Managing Director of the Vancouver office of UXGuys, Western Canada’s largest UX consultancy.
Before joining UXGuys, I alternated between working at Vancouver’s premier web agencies (Blast Radius, Columbus Group) and working as an independent consultant. Along the way I have been responsible for the interaction design of hundreds of public and private sector projects for organizations like MEC, Starbucks, VISA, DirecTV, Best Buy Canada, Translink, BC Hydro, UBC, Langara College, University of Alberta and the Legal Services Society of BC.
In my role as a user experience consultant, designer and researcher, I strive to find ways to help organizations empathize with their customers, simplify complex business problems, and get coders and designers to work together in harmony, all with the goal of making digital products and services easier to use for everyone
