Bader Alzahrani
Executive Leadership Program - Amsterdam Class 16
I was born and raised in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and live currently in Riyadh city. I have a diversified experience in corporate turnarounds, governance, VC deals advisory, SME development, and media.
I currently hold the capacity of the CEO of the Numo Cultural Fund (NCF) of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture. Before that, I was the acting CEO of the General Commission for Audiovisual Media (GCAM), where I assumed responsibility for the re-launching of cinemas in Saudi Arabia from operational, governance, and development efforts.
Before moving to the public sector, I was the Managing Director of Endeavor Saudi Arabia, a non-profit organization that supports global high-impact entrepreneurship. Also, I led the SME development and debt financing division at the Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (WA’ED). I worked directly with more than 200 startups companies in their business development stage, performed their due diligence and deal evaluation and approval while improving the same portfolio.
My passion intersects where the challenge requires transformation and development efforts that address organizational challenges regarding strategy, culture, technology, and technology adaptation.
I am also known for my successful efforts in cultivating exceptional initiatives in the Saudi music scene, resulting in a wave of new genres and artists, all part of my social entrepreneurship contribution.
I identify humility, courage, and integrity as essential core values in my leadership journey. I hold a bachelors degree in Geophysics from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and MBA from the London Business School.
