I have a large drive to make things happen - creativity and entrepreneurship, connecting people. As a widely experienced and curious person, I am able to put teams in motion very well. With this capacity, I help companies to grow.

 

I currently lead several snacks innovation projects for PepsiCo Western Europe. With more than 12 years Marketing and Commercial skills within fast moving consumer goods companies, I accelerate innovation in new territories.

 

I hold a MSc in Business Administration, Rotterdam and have lived and worked abroad in Bolivia, Barcelona and Brussels.

 

After a year experiencing the mindset of an internet start-up in 2000, I joined Sara Lee and worked for almost 6 years in several Marketing roles to further build the new Senseo Coffee Category in the Benelux.

 

In 2007 I joined PepsiCo Netherlands to broaden my skillset towards sales, customer collaboration, negotiation and shopper marketing, always trying to make PepsiCo NL a more innovative and more customer and consumer focused organization.

 

I love to collaborate with a diverse range of people who want to make a difference. With my open mindset I continuously generate insights and form ideas for growth.

 

I am at my best when challenging the status quo, preferably building instead of defending businesses. I fully enjoy life being outside on adventure, doing sports and exploring.
