I am the Head of Management Consultancy for IT Solutions at ABN AMRO and, with my team, have worked on the complete redesign of the bank’s IT - ranging from infrastructure to user behavior. I am in management since 2013, and have seen my role shift from solutions generator, to orchestrator of creative teams, striving to create the context for my team to excel and evolve.
My vision for ABN AMRO is to contribute to its transformation into a modern and fast acting organization, delivering great value to clients, a true triple bottom line company.
My aspiration is to develop my personal ability to inspire innovation and to contribute to society personally and professionally.
