Born and raised in Brazil, I have always been passionate about connecting with people and keen to work towards a transformative change in our society. Undoubtedly, my background inspired me to build personal and professional life-based support to make this world a less unequal place.
Since my Bachelor of Laws, I have been actively involved in political activism and academic studies about social and gender justice. During my undergrad, I had the opportunity to work in very traditional legal environments, such as the Public Attorney's Office and a Court of Justice.
However, it was working for a non-profit organization supporting on implementing trainings for human rights defenders, activists, academics where I found myself. After this experience, I was sure that I wanted to follow an international path working with educational trainings and social impact, which encouraged me to move to the Netherlands to do my master's in Public International Law.
