Claire de pee Pieters

I'm from Utrecht but was born in the South of the Netherlands, near Eindhoven. From the moment I’ve started working, next to my studies, I have always worked with role models, real entrepreneurs. They were and are hard-working women and taught me how to thrive.

I love the mindset of entrepreneurial thinking by constantly raising the bar for myself and the team, challenging myself into getting what I want and how I can achieve my goals. I love to set up a new creation and make it successful. This is something which I really can put my heart into.

Leading and growing a new team, transferring my enthusiasm, my passion, to achieve incredible results gives me an incredibly fulfilling feeling.

Sales are in my blood, but I’ve also started to explore my creative side by accompanying the Design team by co-creating the clothes for Donsje and visual merchandise in the stores and showrooms. My core still lies in sales, but I love the variety which my job offers.

My motto: to lead by example and be a role model for those surrounding me. Values and norms are everything to me. This was my family's belief and helped make me the person I am today. One of my most dearly held values is, “Treat the people around you the way you want to be treated yourself.” In my spare time, I love to search for new design ideas and going out with friends or family, as well as skiing in Austria.
