Clémentine Leroy
My passion lies at the intersection between business strategy and human behavior. I am interested in the people who make up an organization. In my work, I like to pay considerable attention to the inner world of people, the context in which they operate and their relationships to others. With a special attention for leaders, whose way of being and doing has a big impact on the people working with them.
I look for ways to unlock the potential of the organization, to mobilize (top) teams around the strategy and make it something meaningful and exciting for people at all levels. My strength is to synthesize all strategic elements into clear steps to make it a reality. I move people into action.
My background is business and consultancy. I have in-depth experience as team facilitator and strategy execution consultant up to board level, faculty and coach of very large leadership development programs and in designing and driving companywide transformations. I have worked as head of HR and head of competence centers at Philips and ASML. I was heading the leadership development practice of Korn Ferry in the Netherlands and currently I am an independent consultant.
I hold a master of business administration in France and later explored different domains in coaching, philosophy, psychology, and leadership. I have worked and lived in France (where I grew up), Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, and now the Netherlands.
