Elaine Broe
I believe the most important design project you have is your life. My work focuses on leadership purpose, culture shifts, coaching, and systems change. I partner with people who commit to making an impact through the changes they lead for themselves, their teams, and organizations. It all begins with you. I’m a designer, facilitator, executive coach and I train others to do what I do.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, I’m passionate about lifelong learning and helping others discover the light from within. I’ve worked in organizations for the better part of my career, leading teams, navigating politics, and getting the work done. I’m the founder of the Leadership Collaboratory where I create engaging learning for leaders anywhere in the world.
As a coach and facilitator, I bring a skilled combination of levity and expertise that helps leaders open up to new learning and behavior change. With my background in improv, you’ll be on your feet, examining challenges with humor and uncovering new ways to bring your strengths forward.
I was a founding faculty member of THNK Vancouver. I have a Master’s degree in Leadership with a focus on inspiring creativity and innovation through organizational culture and behavioral change. I’m a certified PCC level Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I hold certifications in multiple behavioral assessments (e.g., MBTI, Enneagram, SDI, EQi 2.0, DiSC) and the Immunity to Change model.
Collaborating with tremendously talented people keeps me challenged and evolves the work I do. I’m always on the hunt for great learning experiences and resources, so please share any recommendations with me. I live in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, where I enjoy good wine, hiking, and great conversations.
