I am based in: Geneva

I was referred to THNK by Mark Vernooij.



My strong interest in the hospitality industry was evident in my choice of the  Ecole des Arts Culinaire et de l’Hotellerie, founded by Paul Bocuse in France, for a Diploma in Hotel Management. I quickly followed my work experience with world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse. I then worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando, and later returned to the same group as Sales & Marketing Manager to open a Hotel at Disneyland Resort Paris, after gaining an MBA in International Management in the Hospitality Industry at IMHI – Cornell University & ESSEC program in Paris.


Within the next ten years, I gained international experience in a variety of roles with Hyatt, Sofitel and Marriott International, before joining the Exclusive Hotels Group as Development Manager. From their base in Paris, I was responsible for prospecting and contracting new hotels for the group, building its network of affiliated, yet independent boutique hotels.


I then joined Kempinski as Director of Development. I was initially responsible for evaluating new properties and conducting feasibility studies prior to negotiating management contracts for new properties. As Kempinski grew, my analytical skills and ability to establish new strategies and procedures meant that she became increasingly involved in coordinating pre-openings for the group.


In 2012, I joined Kempinski’s COO's office as VP Corporate Operations. My mission is to ensure the company’s short and long term operational strategies are met. That includes developing an Innovation journey, setting Kempinski’s culture around innovation, and to generate a real desire and passion toward innovation at all levels in their Hotels.
