I’m the CEO and co-founder of the Russian consulting integrator in the ESG sphere «You Social». The agency creates and implements programs in the field of ESG, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, and employee engagement. We work with large companies in Russia in order to transform the company towards the needs of society, the requirements of investors, and the expectations of employees.
Also, we support several social entrepreneurs and on the one hand, we help them to scale their work and impact, and on the other, we build an ecosystem of social enterprise.

I’ve studied in Russia (Technological international relations), China (Intercultural communications), and Germany (System change).
Social entrepreneurship, sustainable development in terms of businesses, ESG practices, community development, theory of change, impact evaluation, and system change are in my area of ​​expertise. I’m Russia’s UN expert, Russian Business Leaders alumni, finalist of the Leaders of social innovation contest.
