Faisal Al Faisal
Executive Leadership Program - Amsterdam Class 16
I am a social entrepreneur and businessman from Saudi Arabia who enjoys travel, meeting new people, and exploring different cultures.
I am unashamedly passionate about pursuing positive social impact. In 2016, I established Tanweel, a nonprofit organization focused on helping young people to develop a positive and proactive mindset, empowering them to achieve excellence in their personal and professional lives. Through Tanweel, my goal is to inspire and empower the next generation – especially those from underprivileged backgrounds – by exploring innovative ways to help them fulfill their potential. For me, a leader is someone who effectively supports others to achieve excellence in their own lives.
As an entrepreneur, I have established and managed a range of businesses in the food and beverage sector. I am the Vice President of the Saudi Investment Group & Marketing Co. Ltd. (SIGMA), and also have six years of previous experience as an analyst for Saudi Aramco.
My academic background includes qualifications in strategy and innovation from Oxford University, philanthropy and social investment from CASS Business School, anthropology and development from the London School of Economics, and a degree in economics.
