Faculty & Coach
My experience and deep interests:
THNK connection: Faculty, Leadership Coach

I support high-impact decision makers, as they adapt their natural leadership to survive and thrive in their quest for success and fulfilment in an ever more complex business context. In my experience, this quest has consistently been attained when creating a trusted partnership in a safe and thought-provoking space, which I offer wholeheartedly and unconditionally.

With a background in industrial engineering, I worked for a decade in various roles for multinational corporations. Hence I closely relate to the thrills and struggles of the organisational life, which in fact motivated me to delve deep in the meaning, theories and applications that make leaders great.

I earned a master’s in Clinical Psychology for Organisations at INSEAD and the relevant Professional Certifications with the International Coaches Federation and the Co-active Training Institute, as well as Aberkyn McKinsey’s facilitation for transformation.
I also hold other practitioner’s tools and accreditations, such as the Leadership Circle 360 Profile, the Hogan assessment, and the Scrum Agile coaching.
I’m currently expanding my professional edges with purposeful, innovative work and, as a certified vinyasa yoga teacher, integrating breathwork, movement, and meditation in my coaching and facilitation.

With this knowledge and a determined motivation to facilitate the expression of untapped potential, I’ve been proficiently working for the past 15 years with leaders and their teams in a variety of industries and geographies.
My style is driven by unconditional regard, mindful presence, and client-centered growth.

Italian by origin, I now live in Amsterdam, after a number of relocations in the UK, US, and throughout Europe.
I love to pay forward to my Community, volunteering as a Transition Dialogues facilitator at the International School of my children and sporting in nature with my beloved family and dog.
