Born in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico. I am a Chemical Engineer who graduated from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education, Campus Monterrey. I hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a postgraduate degree from University Canada West in Victoria, B.C. in Canada. I have been a professor in the area of Industrial and Systems Engineering, as well as a mentor for the incubation program of companies and professor of Innovation of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus León.
I am a self-taught entrepreneur and designer. I have been a founder, director, and shoe designer of my own manufacturing company, creating a fertile experimental field where, over 25 years, I have designed and perfected a methodology for generating innovation. An innovative entrepreneurship model based on the philosophy of Design Thinking and Lean Startup. I am currently part of the faculty of the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus León, specialized in the application of the methodology Design Thinking and Lean Startup, designing and implementing systems of continuous innovation, Business Models and imparting training for entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
During my career as a business consultant, I have carried out notable consulting work in the area of Innovation, through the design and implementation of new models of management and intrapreneurship. Additionally, I am the designer of the program "Innovation for Senior Management Tec Beyond". I am the author of the book The New Management Revolution - Design Thinking.
