I believe in growth. It requires a cause to fight for, curiosity, and the willingness to fail and learn. It is my experience that slowing down and finding the space and courage to step into the unknown, provides the best opportunity to grow as a leader. To effectively grow you have to be prepared to challenge your own belief system, in order to enable a better future.
The theme "people & change" runs throughout my career. For 20 years, I have worked in multiple corporate settings within retail; leading teams and transformation in diverse disciplines such as eCommerce, operations, marketing, and HR – a great journey that has laid the foundation for my own enterprise; being a guide for people and change.
As a consultant and coach, I help others to dare to change: individuals, teams, and organizations. I derive energy from helping others take a step towards growth, which at times is uncomfortable for all parties concerned, but that is where growth occurs. And it will only happen if you are willing to take responsibility for it.
I believe in coaching and leading by example; if I dare to show my true self to others, then I invite others to show their selves to me. I bring an open heart, a listening ear, and a sharp eye.
