Irina Orlandini Avrutskaya

I was born and raised in Moscow. Studied in Canada and UK. Worked for US companies for ages. I speak fluent French. My DNA test says I’m Albanian, Italian and Greek. My parents believe that I’m Jewish. What we know for sure - almost all of our ancestors lived in the territory of Ukraine. My husband is Italian-American. My daughter is Russian-Italian. I live in the UAE.

For the past 16 years, I’ve been in the hospitality industry. It's quite a passion. I love food and outstanding, highly inspiring people who work in the industry. Eight years ago, I set up my own consultancy company, which has become a leader in the home market with more than 400 projects delivered at an astonishing 90% success rate. I’m very proud of my team back in Moscow. Recently I moved and set up a new business consultancy in Dubai, UAE.

Travelling and art are my two greatest passions. I get a lot of inspiration from nature, meeting new people and observing art: both classic as well as contemporary.
