I live with my wife and two young daughters in Bussum (near Amsterdam) in The Netherlands. I come from an entrepreneur’s family with roots in countries across Europe and the Middle East. My experiences vary from fintech, alternative education and coaching/training in self- and organisation development processes. I consider my professions to be in: training-coaching on personal –and company level, small business management and community/team development.
Be the seed you want to plant (Gandhi).
I want to live in a world where I can have dinner with my grandchildren, and for them to be able to do the same with theirs.
I realize we are borrowing the earth from future generations. This awareness awakens my personal mission in life. 1. To contribute to environments that support mutual reciprocity, respect and exchange, and 2. To guide and train others to do so in the way that suits them as well.
Over the last year, I started working at Phoenix Opleidingen as a trainer and coach in train-the-trainers courses.
While getting slowly into almost fulltime occupation at Phoenix I am taking a role on board-level within two startups I have plaid a founder or key-role in. One of those is a circular construction company and the other is a regenerative urban farming incubator.
