I was born and raised in Chicago and received my degree in Psychology from DePauw University (a very small school in central Indiana). After graduating, I briefly attended law school and quickly realized that this was not the path for me. I soon pivoted to a career in the non-profit sector, and since then I have worked with organizations including the Girl Scouts of Chicago, Teach for America, and most recently, Chicago Cares. I enjoy planning and developing programming for youth and adults, particularly programs that have a learning and development focus. Before joining THNK, I was responsible for the development and management of corporate social responsibility programs for Chicago's top companies.
I moved to Amsterdam in July 2018 as a "traveling spouse," and I've quickly grown to love my new home in The Netherlands. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, landscape design, and face-timing with my friends and family in America.
