I am a Mechanical Engineer who holds an MBA with Public Management certificate from Stanford. I have lived in Mexico, the U.S, Germany, and England doing strategic projects, competitive intelligence, and risk management for CEMEX. Apart from being an avid traveler, reader and melomaniac, I am a public policy idealist and enthusiast of social change.
