I’m an experienced multilingual facilitator, executive coach and consultant. For the last ten years, I’ve been working internationally with senior executives on the transformation of their organisations and their growth.
A journalist by training, I’ve held several corporate communication and brand engagement roles in the Tech sector in France and Spain before starting my consulting journey in London, advising senior executives on building successful and engaging brand cultures. In 2014, I became a partner with Telos Partners, engaging in a wide range of strategic transformation projects with global organisations, mainly operating in Europe and Latin America – to where I moved in 2018 with my wife and two children to establish and lead a regional subsidiary based out of Panama.
In 2020, after almost 15 years of living abroad, I returned to my hometown Lisbon to found an independent consulting practice – Bluinstant – with a simple but strong belief: that successful transformation for any organisation can only be sustained when the interests of all stakeholders are aligned and there is equal emphasis on both the rational – clear direction, strategy development and implementation; and the emotional – addressing behavioural change.
On a personal level, I’m a curious generalist that likes to see himself as a change strategist. Happiness is a summer evening 'al fresco' dinner with family and friends. I love to travel, read, learn to play the piano, run and practice yoga. Most recently, I continue to be passionately addicted to playing padel. I’m fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with working knowledge of French.
