Kiki Rosman-Kamsma
I am an energetic believer in human potential. Driven by an enormous amount of curiosity and positive energy, I dedicate my professional life to supporting people and organizations in uncovering and unleashing their potential to the fullest. In my work I always aim to make a positive difference. To individuals, teams, and the world at large. The outcome of my work can be measured both in tangible results as well as societal impact. I live by the mantra that you can do great by doing good.
My professional career spans over 25 years in which I have acted in many different leadership roles, in as many different organizations. I have a strong business acumen with a preference for creating and realizing new value. As a lifelong learner, I have included the skillset of executive and team coach to my portfolio. Over the past decade and a half, I have studied and practiced transformation of people and systems. With a focus on a psychodynamic-systemic approach to personal and organizational interventions. Also, I am an accredited team and leadership coach from the internationally renowned Kets de Vries Institute of leadership and organizational development and transformation. In that capacity, I am a regular facilitator and coach at INSEAD business school and TIAS Business School.
People experience me as a sharp yet respectful professional. I bring a lot of humor and energy to the table and am driven by achieving results. In my interactions with people and organizations, I am a curious, inclusive, forward thinking, and engaging. I love working with people and organizations who are eager and willing to challenge themselves and their environment. Together, we embark on a journey of discovery and transformation.
Outside of work I focus my energy on my family consisting of my husband, two children, and three cats. I take in an almost daily dose of physical exercise through either CrossFit or playing a competitive game of padel. Originally from the beautiful city of Maastricht, I currently reside in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
