Lisa Ryser

I have been working for over a decade in sustainability at the interface between producers of global commodities (coffee, cocoa, tea) and consumers who care not only about where the products they buy come from, but also about the people that produced them.

I am passionate about the people and cultures that produce our food and the beauty of the natural environment in which these crops are grown. I am an avid tea drinker who has been fortunate enough to travel to many tea origins and am constantly surprised by this plant and the people that work with it that ultimately allow me to have my numerous cups and types a day.

I value honesty as a product leader who is able to adapt to the individual needs of each of my team and empower them to be their best selves.
