Maaike Peerenboom

I work as a ‘Next Hub Lead’ for Impact Hub Amsterdam where I support the founders with their strategy for the next level of impact. I facilitate the community with an open-design process and circular renovation of a new space. This also includes deal making, stakeholder management and financial structuring. Contributing to creating sustainable, inclusive, inspiring and smart places for future generations to enjoy a more liveable planet.

Previously Development Manager at Amvest Amsterdam, I was responsible for a 150+ million euro investment portfolio for living environments. Bringing over 15 years of consulting and management experience in urban design and area- and real estate development, I enriched the policy, market positioning and stakeholder engagement in the company.

I aspire to accelerate holistic and human-based societal change, focusing on urban and real estate developments. I believe in the inter-connectedness of everything on this planet and in working with head, heart and hands for continuous improvement. I want to bridge different fields of expertise to challenge myself and people around me to push the boundaries within the current economic system.
