Maria Arroyo

My roots are in Mexico, where I studied International Relations and became inspired to work in multicultural environments. In the last five years, I have made the Netherlands my home.

Throughout my career, I have always enjoyed being a support point for others, coordinating events, and working in diverse teams, whether as an assistant to the green agenda director at the Ministry of Environment back in Mexico or as a logistic customer service agent here in the Netherlands.

I am driven by work that feels meaningful and where its cause or mission can inspire me. This drive has led me to join THNK and be a part of their contribution to the leadership and development of people. I like to think of myself as a positive mind and enthusiastic individual.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, and travelling, as well as spending time with loved ones.
