Maria Haddad

I'm from Madrid, Spain, where I currently live. I have spent some years in Mallorca (Spain). As a lawyer, I started my career as part of an important law office working for various banks. From there, I returned to Madrid and developed my career working as the CEO of a law office sold to a multinational company in the same sector. I have since then worked for different multinationals and founded my own company, but always in the same field: collection for banks investors, and buying debt.

Today, and since January 2020, I lead the sustainability efforts of B2Holding Group, with a presence in 22 countries. With a considerable understanding of my sector, I think we can do things differently. At this point in my life, I need to have a purpose to my work. My dream is to fit my life-purpose with work-purpose, and sustainability is my expertise. Being able to contribute to my organisation the value of being different in the industry by doing things differently is my goal. I want to lead an industry that is not especially sustainable, focusing on the "S". A big and exciting challenge!

On a personal level, I love travelling, reading, sailing, skiing and simple things; all the while my family is my pillar!
