One of the core internal challenges corporations face in our fast changing world, is to strike the right balance between individual development and corporate identity, in the work environment they provide. I have worked in corporations as a coach, precisely addressing this balance, and have coached leadership teams in their transformation aspirations to achieve this balance. Change in organizations is as complex as it is essential and needs to be about continuous improvement, with engagement coming both from the top or bottom up.
In my role, I have developed into an engaging, delivery-focused and impact-oriented leader, keen on problem solving at each impasse. I feel passionate about exploring my next development area and finding ways to contribute further to improving businesses and environment at the same time. I build on value creation, beyond the traditional financial profit orientation and aim for measurable impact.
