My firm belief is that business transformation is always personal. I decided to dedicate my time to business transformation, leadership development and personal growth of myself and others.
As the owner of BeyoUnd Transformation that is what I get to do every day. BeyoUnd Transformation is about going and growing beyond with U. It refers to U as a human being - we tend to forget that leaders are human beings too - and to Theory U, where there is a ‘shift in being’ possible through sensing, presence and emergence.
I was lucky to discover my passion for transformation at McKinsey where I started my career. I was amazed how much we are led by things we don’t know, can’t see or don’t share. The mind and the heart are connected at all levels – organisation, teams, you. I got hooked on the systematic approach to change and transformation.
Nowadays, I have 15 years of experience in developing organisations and people– time flies when you are having fun! I have held several C-level positions in different companies. As a CHRO I transformed a business into a learning and agile organisation, as a Chief Sales Officer I turned around a P&L together with a team of real change leaders and as a CEO I have led a company onto a trajectory of expansion. At this moment I work as an independent coach and consultant.
Clients refer to me as a growth architect and potential positivist. I believe that there is always more potential if you see life as a journey and focus on learning every step of the way. If you keep on learning, you keep life light, your energy high and your interactions healthy.
My personal drive has always been to turn potential into reality. Where personal potential is allowed to emerge in teams and organisations, business potential is turned into results.
