Netika Raval
Executive Leadership Program - Vancouver Class 02
I specialize in leadership, strategy and mindful communication coaching. I conduct workshops, retreats and one on one coaching for corporate and non profit clients.
I have over 20 years of work experience in corporate and non profit sectors from start-ups to enterprise level companies in the Silicon Valley. I started my career as an associate responsible for economic analysis in expert testimonies for telecom cases; later management roles and responsibilities included market strategy, business development strategy and industry analyst relations.
I had the good fortune to co-found 4 for-benefit organizations, which earned CharityNavigator's 5 star rating. I have an understanding in social issues such as education, women's empowerment, water and sanitation, and my responsibilities in executive roles have been mainly in fund development strategy, major donor engagement and board recruitment.
I hold a B.A. in Political Science, an M.A. in International Relations (Gold Medal and Junior Research Fellow) and another M.A in Conflict Relations and Third World Politics (Foreign and Commonwealth Office Scholarship). I had a fellowship to the Hoover Institution, Stanford University and a second social entrepreneurship fellowship through Reuters at Stanford University.
