Patricia Filipe

I am a Senior Executive Manager at Oceanário de Lisboa (ODL), running the education department since 1999 to which communication was added in 2010. During this time I managed the content of several educational projects for ODL, including the two large highly successful temporary exhibitions “Sea Turtles” and the current “Underwater Forests by Takashi Amano”. I have a passion for education, designing the core of the organization to improve the experience of both young and adult visitors to the exhibitions.

I am a decisive results-driven manager who feels building strong, lasting relationships is critical, and for whom effective communication is a powerful tool. I use these talents as part of problem resolution, alongside active listening and commitment to integrity.
