Executive Leadership Program - Amsterdam Class 09
I am an undergraduate art school dropout who has two postgrad degrees, including an MSc in Creativity. I am currently a doctoral student focusing my research on creative reframing for innovation.
I am an American-born Australian. I have lived in Sydney for over 32 years with my husband, Paul, and my cat, Thomas. I am animal-mad and feed wild birds off my balcony. And, pandemic allowing, I volunteer with Red Earth which helps connects school kids with Indigenous Australians.
I am an innovator. For 20 years, I worked for global alcohol companies creating and launching new drinks and services, including launching a creative leadership school (before I came to THNK) that trained our staff on how to realize their creative potential.
Today, I run my own consultancy in innovation and creativity working with global companies like Microsoft helping them think more generatively while writing for academic publications proposing similar creative reframing to help address social issues like racism.
I also have three published books on creativity and my website says shit on the landing page because I have reached the stage where I do the work that excites me with people who are hungry for depth about the most important topic in our world: our creative spirit.
