Phuti is a natural storyteller, and she uses this creative ability to help clients create exciting stories about their products and who they serve. She works in different industries from govt, corporate to mining to entrepreneurs to design innovative products/services, empathic change management, and impactful training programs. Some of her work includes:
- Training & designing Design Thinking & Agile playbooks for org's such as Transnet SOC, AdvisoryIT and facilitating Design Sprints for entrepreneurs
