Raphaelle Hemmerlin

I'm head of Logistics & operational efficiency at Sucafina SA, a leading coffee merchant based in Geneva. Our vision is to be the leading sustainable farm to roaster coffee company in the world, and our purpose is to play a leading role in reshaping our industry by creating sustainable value for all stakeholders. I'm very aligned to both our purpose and vision and I have the key role to coordinate the coffee contract execution globally, as well as to transform our supply chain into a digital and traceable one. I'm looking to become a key executive member of Sucafina, a replacement to our current COO and to shape the innovation of Sucafina for the next 10 years.

After 15 yrs of career and growth from entry-level to senior manager, I want to enhance my knowledge and get a reflection on both success and failure I went through. I also aim to build up my self-confidence and to capture how to become more creative in my leadership and my impact inside the company.
