I joined LIC more than 20 years ago as an analyst with Livestock Selection before undertaking further study at Massey and Wageningen Universities, in which I focused on the application of genomic data in dairy cattle breeding schemes. I returned to LIC in 1998 and have since focused the majority of my research in leading the research and application of genomic selection in the NZ dairy population.
