I am the founder and CEO of Sensing Asia Ltd. a new type of consulting firm specialized in entering Asia, ASEAN market.
I started my consulting career at Hakuhodo Inc., where I was the Executive Manager at the Corporate Design department, addressing business and brand consulting. Prior to establish Sensing Asia, I worked as Corporate Officer and Executive Manager at Hakuhodo Consulting. My areas of specialty are; business planning in the global market, building business strategy for entering overseas market, marketing strategy and execution support, CMO, M&A, turnaround management, and new business development.
With rich experience in supporting market entry in Asia / ASEAN, I envision to democratize consulting business for middle or small size companies as a form of ‘online micro consulting’ to support overseas business expansion.
I have a track record of speaking engagements under the theme of global market, such as ‘Global Business Forum 2008’ in Moscow, and the ‘Esomer Asia Pacific Conference 2009’ in Beijing. I am a member of the Regional Science and Technology promotion committee, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and is the editor of ‘Marketing Horizon’, published by Japan Marketing Association.
