As a curious organizational psychologist, I have been working in advertising, consultative sales, marketing, customer experience and lately in the technology area offering a Digital workplace and support through Service management.
My passion is creating a psychologically safe and open work atmosphere where people can grow, do great work together and have loads of fun. To always look for ways to add value to our consumers of our products and/or services so they are delighted.
