I have a breadth of international experience in the Americas and EMEA including: leading teams across multiple markets, strategic planning, brand management, 360 marketing (traditional & digital), communications, organizational development, budget management, product/portfolio development, quantitative/financial analysis, contract negotiation, vendor and agency management and leading cross-functional project teams.
Currently I am the Director of Marketing EMEA at Starbucks responsible for leading a team across multiple markets supporting a diverse region of 34 countries; launching new brands, marketing channels & innovative products; creating strategic 360 marketing promotions to develop the brand and drive the business; creating, implementing, executing and reviewing trading plans across all markets with a variety of ownership models (company owned, Franchising & Licensing); opening new markets; channel marketing; analyzing business needs and organizational development.
