Sofia Malokaj

I was born and raised in Croatia, but my curiosity for cultures and languages led me to move to Italy and start a new adventure. There I enrolled in a hospitality management study program and alongside my studies, I was working as a hotel reception manager and learning Italian. Working in this industry allowed me to learn about people and myself. I learned that to understand others we first need to strive to understand ourselves. By exploring my own mind I became passionate about discovering my highest potential and how to help others do the same. My mission is to create a long-lasting positive impact on the world by leading with authenticity and by serving others.

Being a part of THNK aligns with my values and my passion for personal growth. In my free time, I like to deep dive into self-help books and healing practices, spend time in nature, cook, DJ, and write. I am also developing a festival concept that combines all kinds of arts with electronic music with a focus on putting a spotlight on female and non-binary artists.
