Sophie Poulsen

I'm a British-born, half Thai half Danish writer based in Amsterdam (it's a mouthful, I know).

I previously worked as the Content Marketing Manager at THNK, where I was responsible for developing and implementing THNK's content strategy, increasing THNK's online visibility, and creating content for key digital marketing initiatives. I joined THNK fresh out of university, with a BSc in Communication and Media from Erasmus University Rotterdam. At THNK, I had the greatest opportunity to hone in on my passions for writing and storytelling for impact.

I am currently a freelance writer, working with purpose-driven individuals and organizations to share their stories and drive impact. I specialize in writing about leadership, inclusion & diversity, culture, identity, and personal & professional development.

Prior to THNK, I served as a communications intern at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), an NGO based in The Hague, as well as The Energy Project, a boutique organizational consulting firm in Amsterdam.
