Stefano Marzano
Stefano Marzano is an Italian architect and designer. He was chief design officer and member of the group management in Electrolux from 2012 until he retired at the end of 2014. Before joining Electrolux, Stefano Marzano served as chief design officer and CEO of Philips Design in Philips between 1991 and 2011. He holds a doctorate in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano he was a professor at the Domus Academy in Milan, and at the Politecnico di Milano. He is the author and editor of several books on design, a member of the European Design Leadership Board, an adviser to several design schools around the world. In 2005, Businessweek named him one of 38 global “Best Leaders.” He has also received honorary doctorates in design from the Sapienza University of Rome and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Stefano was the founding Dean of THNK.
