I am a change leader, who is passionate about creating excellent customer experiences – even when this means going through nitty gritty stuff to reach it. With a marketing heart and an analytics mind, I am constantly challenging the status quo. There is no such thing as a finished product and new things are around every corner. I am a citizen of the universe and am passionate about other cultures, beliefs, and habits. I believe that dreaming should be in every job description and that each person should find their way that dares them to dream. Impossible is nothing.

 

Since the beginning of the year, I have been heading the digital channels and innovation team at ING-DiBa in Germany. I have spent the previous 7 years as an ING secondee to TMB Bank in Thailand and was a strong contributor in its turnaround. TMB is now perceived as the market challenger and a game changer. I have reformed the retail product and process teams from being back office-oriented to being customer-oriented. In this time TMB has made some market changing moves. Furthermore I have built and managed its bank digital brand MEbyTMB with its full operations, sales, and marketing. In my last years at TMB I was responsible for the digital channels, where I launched a new future proof digital platform. These years in Asia have strengthened my ever-challenging mindset, where I was forced to also change my own assumptions often. My goal is to bring this innovation speed and open-mindedness back to Europe.

 

I like to travel and explore the world, both in 1 star and 5 star experiences! I am a sporty person who loves to read, enjoys a nice dinner and a conversational evening.
