I am President and CEO of Innisfree Hotels. I love what I do. I chose the hospitality industry because I love being around and working directly with people. Creating fun memorable experiences for our guests is gratifying. I have always been socially conscious and feel compelled to make social responsibility part of my personal and professional life.

I came to Innisfree not only to run a business in an industry that I love but also to impact the lives of others and the communities where we do business. At Innisfree we take social responsibility seriously, we give a large portion of our free cash flow back to the communities where we do business. In essence, we are a for-profit company that behaves like a non-profit company. It is this factor that convinced me Innisfree is where I should be. The more I grow our business the more the business give back.

I joined THNK to collaborate with new exciting minds and challenge myself to think and see things differently. I really want to expand my world and enhance my way of thinking. I love to collaborate and the program seems perfectly suited to my expectations.
