For the past ten years, I have been involved in the entertainment industry, working at Globo, one of the largest production entities in the world - our team's key strategy is developing and inspiring our creative talent with long-term initiatives, always in tune with the cultural diversity we wish to represent in the company's portfolio.

My daily work consists of developing, structuring, and modeling workshops, labs, and courses for actors, writers, and directors. These initiatives are highly customized to suit the needs of our talent and aim to promote a culture of innovation, creativity, and co-creation.
