People in Vietnam tell me I am totally different from the rest of our women. Here, people tend to think a woman should stay in the kitchen to cook and serve her whole life to her family. In Vietnam we are having so many issues; bribery and corruption are everywhere. That is why I want to know how to inspire others and make a bigger impact. The meaning of happiness to me is to be useful to others.
I work in a foreign-owned company belonging to Damen shipyards group as a HSEQ manager. I have owned my own businesses where I stood up for my values, for my dreams of a better world for our people. I am driven by a passion to think different and make things better. I never give up and I am really results-oriented. I want this world to be a better place, starting with the man in the mirror and asking her to change her ways.
