Toby Chaudhuri
Co-Founder and Chief Strategist
I am based in: Washington, D.C.

I have collaborated with high-profile leaders and major organizations in the high-stakes world of politics and inspiring global movements to strengthen their connections to their local communities and to each other as a network.

From my earliest days as a student leader and storyteller, I have been on a mission to empower and enable visionary leaders and organizations to build the capacity needed to achieve ambitious goals that benefit people and our planet.

Since then, I have worked for Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, Vice President Al Gore, and civil rights leader Marian Wright Edelman who ran the Poor People's Campaign that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. began organizing before his death.

I have worked with leadership at some of the world's most forward-looking organizations – including PBS, Children's Defense Fund, Planned Parenthood, AARP, Common Cause, the DNC, and the White House – to make breakthrough changes in how they do their work.

I have helped them to retool, reimagine, and rebrand themselves for the new networked economy with a real-time approach to dealing with dynamically changing situations and market realities. I enabled them to grow, reduce costs, and scale their offerings, all by empowering the people they serve – employees, citizens, members, volunteers, public officials and constituents, customers and consumers, affiliates and partners.

By fully engaging people working daily on the frontlines, connecting them to build relationships and cultivating those relationships, I have helped organizations thrive at their highest levels and tackle large societal issues like healthcare, the economy, college affordability, equity, and civil rights.
