I am a Solutions Architect at Ericsson R&D IT Services Inc. - a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and services to mobile and fixed network operators. With over nine years of multinational business and project-based experience within Ericsson’s multiple regional organizations in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, I apply both an innovative mindset and strategic management skills to developing and implementing complex technical solutions that empower customers and businesses worldwide.

I am an expert in delivering innovative and E2E BSS solutions across multiple customer networks, and driving new sales and revenue opportunity within existing customer markets. At Ericsson, I play a key role in managing customer requirements and delivering solutions around the Ericsson Charging System and third party products; as well as supporting multi-disciplinary teams in solution life-cycle management, pricing strategy, and analysis.

With an MBA from Istanbul Biligi University, an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, I am well-versed in converged industries, and has been a core team member on multiple projects and studies around mobile broadband charging, packaged solutions, systems integration, and convergence charging. I remain open to new challenges and opportunities to leverage my expertise in business, sales, and technology engagement.
